This is the time when ECTs step into their own classroom, full of ideas inspired by training and teaching placements. That’s where our support comes in, to help turn those ideas into confident, effective practice in the Early Years.

We offer an inspirational programme of CPD training, offering both face-to-face and online courses. There are several options specifically developed for ECTs including a highly informative introduction to teaching and learning in the EYFS, alongside our specialist training programme.
With a full year of access, this carefully structured online modular programme supports both the ECT and their mentor and has been designed to complement the DfE/National ECT Training programme.
