Through KS1, children are increasingly drawn to fantasy play and by adding key characters from familiar stories, new and exciting fantastical beasts and a good range of interesting props and blocks such as our fantasy scenery collection, you will provide everything they need to create imaginative story settings and plots. Children will act out increasingly sophisticated narratives, develop character, setting and plot details – and they will be able to rehearse and consolidate their story language, organizing their thoughts and ideas for writing.
