Delivery Charges:

  • Order under £20 (exc. VAT) Delivery charge of £3.50 (+VAT) applies
  • Order under £100 (exc. VAT) Delivery charge of £6.75 (+VAT) applies
  • Order over £100 (exc. VAT) FREE delivery (Applies to UK mainland only*)

Non Mainland UK locations will incur an additional delivery charge, which will be confirmed at point of order acknowledgement.

Early Excellence – Free Delivery
Any items purchased over £100 (ex VAT) from our Online Shop, including our Furniture Range attract FREE DELIVERY to Mainland UK. All of our furniture is made to order, is delivered by our own drivers and comes fully assembled. If required, our drivers can deliver your furniture into your building and will position it as required.

Terms and Conditions of ‘FREE DELIVERY to mainland UK’.
Definition of UK Mainland Post codes in England, Wales and Scotland excluding all areas listed in our definition of ‘non UK mainland’ below. Definition of Non-UK Mainland Isle of Man (IM), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY and JE), Scilly Isles (TR21), Western Scottish Isles (HS), Orkney (KW), Shetland Isles (ZE) and postcodes AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28 , IV30-32, IV36-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-70, PH4-44, and PH49-50. All BFPO locations.

Early Excellence Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from Early Excellence. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Please check your purchases when they arrive and make a note of any missing, faulty or damaged items.

To help you to get the most from your product please refer to the ‘Product Care & Safety Guidance’ page which contains useful tips, advice and general safety information about your purchase.

Unwanted or Incorrect Items
If you change your mind about your purchases or receive the incorrect items, you have 14 days from the date on the despatch note in which to inform us, this can be done via email or telephone call. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale. They must be complete with all accessories and documentation in order to receive a full refund. We will not accept items returned without prior authorisation or in a condition unfit for resale.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items are damaged in transit, we ask that you inform us by email or by telephone within 14 days from the date on the despatch note. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. If the item has been delivered to you by our own delivery driver, please return the goods with him/her immediately.

Items MUST be returned unused and in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. On receipt of goods we will issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse you any reasonable return carriage costs.

Faulty Items
If after opening your items you find that they are faulty, you must report the fault to us by email or by telephone within 14 days from the date on the despatch note. Items should be returned with their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Please Note: All goods reported as faulty are investigated when returned.  If a returned item is found to be damaged due to inappropriate or misuse by the customer, or because the recommended guidelines have not been followed, we reserve the right to refuse refund, replacement, or reimbursement of carriage, we will investigate with the customer to ascertain the how the damage occurred and where appropriate, advice will be provided to the customer on the correct use.

Please Note:

  • When returning items by courier, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • Where the item is damaged due to a fault of the product or has been damaged during delivery, the cost of returning the item will be reimbursed. When you contact us to report the damage or fault, we may offer to send a returns label to assist with the products return.
  • Where the item is found to be damaged due to inappropriate use/misuse, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
